Join us for a relaxing Yoga session!

Every two weeks, come enjoy a 15 min meet and greet, be prepared for 1 hour of gentle yoga, and 15 min relaxation. Kay your instructor has been practicing since 1998 and teaching since 2015.

Each yoga session is sponsored by a different cannabis brand. This weeks sponsor is State Flower, they are the makers of top shelf indoor flower. Each brand will teach you about their brand and offer complementary samples to each participant. Bring a mat, sunscreen, and comfy clothes. We will be outside. There are a limited number of mats available for those who don’t have one.

TIME: 10AM to 11:30AM

Samples will be given out after the event.
